What We Do

TIP provides young girls with a safe, healthy environment to strengthen, help empower and teach them to become effective change agents in their own lives and in the lives of others; providing them with the very thing they desire and need in life…structure, love, and guidance.

Do you have a passion to work with teen girls or give back to the community?

TIP welcomes the support of individuals who are seeking an opportunity to help us fulfill our vision. Lend a helping hand…

Who We Are

In 2003, Teens In Perspective, Inc. or T.I.P. began as a vision to impact the lives of young girls from underprivileged communities where multiple and various barriers such as poverty, drugs and violence, physical abuse, toxic relationships, low self-esteem, and lack of life skills hindered their growth and limited their opportunities.
